Some licenses will have dependencies on other licenses or service plans within them, which means more than one license needs to be able to be assigned to a group template.
For example Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Plan 2) depends on the service plan(s) EXCHANGE ONLINE ARCHIVING FOR EXCHANGE ONLINE,EXCHANGE ONLINE KIOSK,Exchange Online (Plan 1). These dependencies are available only under other SKU-s.
