Remove the 15 character limit for storage account creation if the account is used with Entra ID Domain Services and support the maximum length of storage account names.

I know I've been frustrated in the past about the character limits on some resources (especially if I have a naming scheme I need to follow (see Define your naming convention - Cloud Adoption Framework | Microsoft Learn).
It looks like Microsoft currently allows up to 24 characters for a Storage Account name.
Is there a certain character limit you're needing to hit?
Or are there other reasons you're needing/wanting the higher character limit?
We need to hit the 24 character limit because our naming convention for storage acccounts is based on it. We create our storage account with terraform at the moment. We want to move the creation to NMM because we use AutoScale for the account and we have to set ignore_changes after creating the account.
