Global view for all created schedules over all accounts

On account level, but also on MSP level, I miss the ability to see all scheduled activities — like daily or weekly reimages, scheduled scripts, etc.

For example, it's difficult to quickly check whether an account or AVD pool has a reimage or update action scheduled.

Having this visibility at MSP level across all accounts would be even better.

Welcome to the community, Cees Hietbrink 🙂!

I remember using a similar view when I was at my MSP where I could see a consolidated list of all of the scheduled actions/scripts in our RMM. Then, I was able skip a recurring task or cancel a one-off task.

I think it'd be great to have this in NMM at the MSP and Account level!

I'm guessing you'd just want the ability to view the existing scheduled tasks and cancel them?
Or is there extra functionality that would put the feature over the top for you?

Hi, we would also love to use this feature. We do not only need it at the MSP Level but also in the customer accounts.

Would be great if you could implement this.

Hi Dave Stephenson ,

Indeed we want to have an overview for all account scheduled tasks.
For now, no additional functionality wishes, but you never know… ;-)

Haha. It's true.
You never know today what you might want/need tomorrow.

Keep the ideas coming! 😎

Cees Hietbrink  just following up here.  This option is actually available. You'll find this condition for global views shown below which can display scheduled actions.  Does this solve what you're looking to accomplish?

Hi Chuck Mikuzis, I was looking for something like this indeed! It's a first step to have an overview of all runnig jobs over a timewindow :-)

Thanks!
