Add a check to see if there is a value set for Blocked Sender Notification for the Outbound anti-spam policy. This is generally set to email someone when a user is blocked due to sending outbound spam.

Are you thinking to check for any value in there (even if it's not a valid email address) or are you wanting to check for a certain email pattern (i.e. SPAM-Blocked@company.com) to be included?
Alternatively, would it make more sense to have an option to set your preferred inbound/outbound anti-spam policies? 🤔
