It would be interesting and useful to have the output of that script give the total size of each of the profiles, and the total deleted (or would be deleted, if running a trial)

I have my own automated methods to identify orphaned or likely legacy profiles, but I'd love to see it as a report option, maybe configurable with a “last login”. This could get tricky, since Insights data would only go back so far.
I don't automate deletion, but have notification to bring attention to the fact that ‘these’ reported VHDX's haven't been logged in to in an arbitrary amount of time.
