import existing Intune Windows apps from customer account

Can we make importing Intune Windows apps to UAM at the MSP level behave more like importing Intune configuration profiles under Policy Management?

Currently, to add an Intune Windows app at the MSP level, I need to first manually create the .intunewin file to be imported, then manually copy/paste all metadata for the app into the available fields. Instead (or in addition to), I'd like to be able to just select an existing Intune Windows app from a customer account (or the MSP tenant) and have both the .intunewin file and all the metadata fields automatically brought into UAM, where I can then re-assign the app down to additional customer accounts.
