When adding or editing an Intune Windows app in UAM, many of the attributes that are available in Intune are not available in NMM. Can we get parity on this between NMM and Intune?
This is true of both Win32 and Microsoft Store app types, but is especially relevant for Win32 apps (since there are just a lot more fields available for those in Intune). I rely heavily on assigning Intune apps as Available to users for self-service installation via the Company Portal app, so having a rich user experience is paramount. Currently, for any app that I add to Intune via NMM, I still need to go directly into Intune tenant-by-tenant to manually add all the missing information, in order to maintain the same rich user experience that we've always had.
While I think it makes the most sense to just have all the same fields available in NMM as in Intune, the ones that are most critical to me (as displayed in Intune) are:
- Logo
- App Version
- Information URL
- Installation time required (mins)
- Allow available uninstall
- Additional requirements rules
- Supersedence
- Dependencies
