Great find, David!
Out of curiosity, do you currently use the Dynamic Resolution property with your host pools or is it just something you saw that was missing and thought it makes sense to have it in NMM too?
The latter :)
I do use Smart sizing, which sounds veeeery similar to dynamic resolution
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/rdp-properties#smart-sizing
…except Dynamic Resolution might be better (acc to AI anyway):

Ahh. Thanks, Dave!
Interestingly, that feature is enabled by default (which seems like a good thing).
Hopefully, that's what you're wanting until we're able to implement the feature in NMM.🙂
Otherwise, you can always make the adjustment manually in the Azure portal.

I noticed the default was ‘on’ as well. That's good. It would also be good to have all the options available/visible in NMM, to match what we see in Azure – but it's not a blocker here.
While official docs don't clearly state which one has precedence, a number of blogs do.

If that's the case, the smart-sizing option is redundant, given dynamic resolution is on by default. So, Dynamic Resolution really should be visible in the options in Nerdio.
Thanks, Dave!
I agree. Anything we can do to improve the functionality of Nerdio Manager and prevent a trip to a customer's Azure Portal is a win, in my book!
We'll see what our product team can do. 🙂
