It would be nice to have the ability to identify shared mailboxes as well as be able to sort by them

I believe we already have this, but feel free to clarify if I'm misunderstanding.
In the Exchange Online module, we have the ability to filter by mailbox type and to sort by Recipient Type.
Is that what you're needing/wanting or is it something a little different?
