A common MSP task is to discuss the configuration drifts with the customer either to authorize the remediation activities or a recurring review. Being able to export this to a table or something similar would be useful to MSPs.

We have the “Accepted Drifts” module, but don't currently have a way to report on that.
“Tenant Monitoring” can kind of so it, but not really in a table/excel doc/CSV.
From your conversations, what would be the most useful format?
