Requesting to add the ability to manage Terms and Conditions. This setting is found under Tenant administration > End user experiences > Terms and conditions. It is an object that gets a unique ID and assignments to groups.

I did notice at the top of your screenshot that “Satisfy stricter compliance requirements and improve the end-user experience with the new Microsoft Entra Terms of use feature.” banner.
When I clicked through the link (Choosing the right Terms solution for your organization | Microsoft Community Hub), it seems like Microsoft is possibly moving to Conditional Access Terms of Use instead of the Intune-only method to make it more granular.
If we add a new Conditional Access type for “Terms of Use”, do you think that'll do what you're needing/wanting?
