When clicking test for admin consent in an Azure tenancy, show the result (seems obvious)

Go into a client account → Settings → Integrations → Admin consent

Steps: 
I was unable to link a subscription, and tested admin consent. 
Nerdio reloads but doesn't show anything.
I went to the logs and found the grant had expired.

So the request here is to show a message on the page where one tests the admin consent grant, after test is clicked. We shouldn't have to jump over to the logs page, to find out what happened when test was clicked.
