Add support for choosing ephemeral OS disk storage account type

Adding support for choosing between HDD, standard SSD, and premium SSD storage accounts for ephemeral OS disks would provide significantly more flexibility for our host pools that use ephemeral OS disks.

This new feature in Azure was announced here: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/azurecompute/introducing-ssd-storage-account-support-for-ephemeral-os-disks/4369475

That sounds like a cool concept for potentially screaming performance.
Temp Disk Ephemeral session hosts are already pretty fast.

Microsoft's KB doesn't say that there is additional cost or performance difference between them, but I'll be curious to see if there's any big differences between the NVMe and Temp disks.

I think we are talking about 2 different things. The article I linked would apply to all types of Ephemeral OS disks including NVMe.

In some situations Ephemeral OS disks are slower than premium SSDs as they are just a caching layer on top of a managed HDD:

Ahh. Thanks, Brandon.
I was misunderstanding. For some reason, I always thought the Ephemeral OS was a single thing and not a dual disk function.
