We just ran into this issue so posting here for a suggested feature.
We comanage a client with another IT provider and have given them limited access to Nerdio, as we are managing the AVD things but need them to have reboot access. They just noticed yesterday that they are not able to schedule a reboot on the AVD hosts, but they can reboot normally. Could this be a feature/role?
That's an interesting one, Rebecca.
I would think that it would just work with the Accounts.AvdHosts.Restart permission.
However, the scheduling may be tied to a different permission set. (I'm thinking the Accounts.Settings.Read and Accounts.Settings.Update off-hand)
Do you know if you have similar AvdHosts permissions set and/or if they're getting an error when they try to schedule the reboot?
I created a test user (with just the AvdHosts permission in the screenshot below), and was able to schedule a restart. I didn't get an error until I tried to cancel the scheduled restart that like it needs additional permissions on the AvdPools section.
