I would like to have the option to mark certain accounts as Favorites, ensuring they always appear at the top of my list. This feature would be particularly useful for our teams that work with a select group of customers, making it much easier to access these accounts quickly.

We kind of have this feature (see Current Functionality below), but I don't think it's in the way you're thinking.
Assuming you don't want what we currently have, it sounds like you're wanting to be able to mark an account as a favorite and sort/filter by favorites.
Is that correct or are you looking for something different entirely?

When you're an account, you can pin your favorite accounts with the account selector
Thanks for the reply, I didn't know that pin function was there. But you are correct, I'm looking for it on the main page of accounts. Unless I'm wrong, I have to go to at least one account first, then get that side menu where I can pin. If there are any tips or something I'm missing, please let me know!

No, you're spot on. You only see the pinned account/account selector after you've navigated to an account.
We'll have to see if we can add a favorite/filter with the new UI on the Accounts screen.
