Please make it possible to bypass consent on a role basis? Or any other form of way?
My goal is to have the consent requirement be the standard but have specific admin accounts / users able to bypass consent if specifically needed.

Great idea.
Currently, we have the ability to have consent or not.
We've heard the request to have it based on device type (i.e. do not consent on Servers, consent on everything else), but this is the first time I've seen it based on Nerdio Manager role.
Even when you have consent turned-on, if you connect to the console of a device where no one is logged-in, or the screen is locked, you can connect without consent. And, with the new Console Connect Toolbox functionality, you connect without consent to the “backend” of the computer.
Can you expand a little more on your use-case to have an admin account (i.e. a Tier 3 tech) be able to connect to a device without consent from the end-user?
