Currently there is no option to add roles when assigning conditional access policies. Since we use only roles in some conditional access policies it would be nice to have that option added.

That sounds like a great addition.
We have that functionality in the Azure/Entra/Intune portals, but it's not currently in the NMM interface.
Out of curiosity, would you want Guest or external users as well or is Directory roles sufficient?
I see a need for the guest option. We have CA policies to lock guests out of certain items.
