For example if I have a group template (Intune - something something).
It would be nice to be able to assign → All → Filter companies with Intune enabled
Would save some time so manual assignment would not me needed while at the same time prevent bloat on tenants that dont have but are using modern work.

It might need some logic from one of the other feature requests (Notification Exceptions – Nerdio Help Center) where we're able to add exceptions to policies, but would be really cool if our product team could add it.
From a functionality perspective, would you want to set this on an individual policy level, a Policy Baseline Setting, or as an account setting where you could choose to exclude any policy/baseline where the feature is not enabled?
I think it makes sense for the MSP level options.
Apply this policy baseline to ALL…if they have defender for endpoint licensing.

My initial example would be for dynamic groups in group templates.
Having it on conditional access policies would also make some sense if we add configurable flags too. I make this client as cloud only so my cloud only configurations apply, on this client is hybrid so I want my hybrid policies. Could apply to things like HIPAA and such.
