Add Job Details to Logs that Can be Searched at the MSP or Account Level

In the Logs section of the MSP level, you can search by a range of "Task Types" as shown below. However, there are often very important activities happening under the "task" that should be auditable at scale. For example, you may be lookign to determine all the times that the subtask "Run scripted action(s) with extension: <scripted action name>." There are any number of security related things that happen on a sub-category like this, e.g. joining VMs to AD, or did a hos reboot at a certain time. I desire that there be more options for querying the individual items in the "Job Details" in the way that you can the top level tasks. At a minimum, at least providing API access or approved ways to query the back-end where the data is stored would be a step in the right direction.

The Job Details sample are below but there are another number of things that could occur there.

Great idea, Jacob.

We have the ability to report on the tasks with Notifications, but sub-tasks (I don't know if that's the right term, but it makes sense in my mind) are a layer lower and you can only see it by drilling-in to a task.

Out of curiosity, are you thinking of using the API to create notifications/actions around sub-task results or are you initially just looking to utilize them for reporting purposes?

Yes, notifications could be in view with this kind of thing too. The goal here was around reporting at the moment, but more notifications would be very useful including on sub-tasks.
