It would be helpful if we could have the option to clone a user to create a new user, similar to AD.

I like this idea! That's how I used to do my user-management. On the "New User" form, I would ask for an existing user with similar permissions/groups.
It made my job a lot easier and it helped cut-down on those pesky "I need access to this." "I can't do that." tickets that inevitably come with every user onboarding.
Out of curiosity, would you want this to be super-simple and just copy the profile as-is or would you like it more like our Global FSLogix Profile where you can choose what to apply/not apply to the new user?
