Log Off method for remoteapps users?

I can think of a couple of ways to do this (there are likely more though).

1. Create a remote app that points to C:\Windows\System32\logoff.exe with whatever icon you want.
   
   
2. Have the users press Ctrl+Alt+End while they're in the remote app so it brings-up the option for them to sign out or bring-up the task manager for their session.
