Ever since we came out with the new AD User Management feature and I saw the ability to test the credentials/connection, I thought "Why not add that to our Directory feature too?"
When I went to post this idea, I saw two other great/similar ideas that I'd like to combine into a new awesome feature (if it's possible).

I'd like to be able to combine the Directory credentials and the AD User Management credentials so that when you go to reset a password (Gabriel's idea) or test credentials (Adrian's idea), it's all in a single place.
The one problem I can see with being able to add the Test Connection/Test Credentials feature is if an Active Directory joined VM being available to run the test against.
However, if we change it to be that the test hyperlink is only active if the AD User Management is configured, or an AD joined VM is created (maybe we create a temporary VM if one doesn't exist like we do for the Azure Files creation/configuration?) that could potentially solve for that.
