Teams & Outlook connectivity issues
I know we've seen this with a few partners, but as far as I know, none have had the issue with Session Hosts that are running W11 23H2 (or newer).
Some partners said they had success with this KB (Can't sign in to Microsoft 365 Windows desktop applications - Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn) and this Hotfix (October 22, 2024—KB5045594 (OS Build 19045.5073) Preview - Microsoft Support), but it also depends on the version of Windows you're currently using.
Do either of those help or are you seeing something different?
Thanks for the info Dave! We are running W11 21H2 so we're going to try implementing a 23H2 image and see if that makes the difference. I'll let you know how it goes!
Moving up from 21H2 to 23H2 seemed to resolve the issue. Thank you for the help, it is very much appreciated!
