Remove or reset owner account (Answered)

Hi, 

We have a user who has left the business, however their account is the only "owner" account in our DNSFilter. All other accounts are admins. 

We don't have permission to either demote that account or change the password, so was hoping this can be done by the support team. 

Please can you advise?

This sounds like a support request and I would like to make sure you get the fastest service possible.  I'm going to open a ticket with the Nerdio Manager for MSP support team nmm.support@getnerdio.com and reference this message and email address.  Please provide them with as much detail as possible once they respond back.  Also, if this is for NFA, which I believe it may be, they can help ensure you get routed to that team.
