In Nerdio Manager for MSP it is not possible to integrate ControlUp. This is however a feature in Nerdio Enterprise Manager. I would like to request ControlUp intergration be added to Nerdio Manager for MSP.
We are seeing clients starting to move off of Citrix to AVD. We currently have a client making the transition and they are not happy that ControlUp cannot be setup in their Nerdio AVD environment.

We haven't seen as big of a "demand" for ControlUp in the MSP space as we have in the Enterprise space which is likely why it hasn't been added in the NMM product, yet.
That being said, if we get enough partner demand (through comments and reactions), it helps raise the priority in the backlog.
Are there any particular features that you're wanting/needing that would help move more customers off of Citrix onto AVDs or is it just having the functionality to give them similar reporting that they have right now?
