Hi, I'm new to Nerdio, and one of our former staff prepared the golden image. I want to deploy the new Teams in our existing golden image, but I don't know where to start. Can you help me, please?
Deploying New MS Teams in Golden Image
I ran into a major pain with this a couple weeks ago because there was a bug in FSLogix. A hotfix has been released to fix the issue though. I had to reinstall the newTeams entirely after installing the hotfix. I used the article below and it saved me after several days of headache.
Thanks for sharing that article, Andrew Minga! (and a big welcome to both Andrew Minga and DenDee to the community 🙂)
Alden did that fix the issue you were having?

Hi Dave Stephenson, May I know where to install the FSLogix? Is it in the golden image in Nerdio or in the host pools?
We recommend NOT installing FSlogix on your golden image, but instead letting Nerdio manage FSLogix at the Host Pool level. 🙂
As you can see in the two screenshots below, we include the option (when you're creating your Desktop Image) to uninstall FSLogix from your desktop image.
On the flipside, we give the option to set the specific FSLogix version (or always the latest) in the Host Pool Properties as the hosts are deployed.
NOTE: If you see that the FSLogix version is greyed out in the hostpool proerties, that's because you selected a FSLogix Profile and this will need to be adjusted in the Account Settings (Settings>Integrations>FSLogix Profile storage)
