In the Azure Portal, you can see the Health Checks that determine the AVD agent status (Available, Unavailable, Needs Assistance, etc.), but in NMM we only see the status and not why. This leads us back to the Azure Portal to find out why the host is unavailable/unhealthy.
If NMM displayed this information directly in the web app, it would really speed-line troubleshooting session host availability/issues specific to the AVD agent status:
