Activate AVD host after Hybrid Join of the host is completed

Currently when a AVD host is created it takes time and patience to wait for AAD sync and Hybrid join to be completed.

Currently in the autoscaling features under HOST POOL SIZING there is a feature called Active host defined as: VM Started or AVD Agent Available. It would be a huge advantage to extend this feature with the possibility to activate a host after the host is Hybrid Joined in AAD.

This would solve issues with user sessions for example the correct working of OneDrive.

I think what you're describing is a feature of the provisioning and not the host availability.
Even without Nerdio, the AVD host isn't available unless the AVD agent is online and reporting as "Available".

If you customize the Delay host availability in AVD for 10 minutes Azure Runbook Scripted Action to check the dsregcmd.exe /status to see if the device is hybrid joined before it is available, does that give you what you're wanting?

We are also implementing something in version 4.4 that should speed up a host being ready and shave about 5 minutes off a host being ready.
