Azure Monitor Alert for Host Usage?

In talking with Will O. about Reserved Instances, doing a Reserved Instance for any AVD Host that is being used for more than 65 hours a week is recommended. Until we get the Nerdio Optimizer, does anyone have a great way to get an alert if a host in a host pool has more than 65 hours of runtime per week?
