Standardize Choclatey Scripts

Some of the Choco scripts have --force and some dont.  Would be best if it were all one way or the other, preferably force since the use of the scripts is to bring images up to date.  Right now Chrome and Adobe Reader don't have --force in the built in scripts.  Of course I can clone but being able to rely on an expected format would cut down on confusion and script cloning.
