Whilst using NMM for more than 1 year and 15 customers +-500 seats whe have the following remarks / feature requests:
- Start VM on Connect still not working as expected, Autoscale shuts the VM to fast.
- If you start / stop a session host VM from within Nerdio portal & Autoscale has another disk type for the stopped os disk. The start / stop does not convert the disk type as the autoscale should.
Starting & stopping through the NMM portal should change the disk type aswell.
(Directly from the Azure portal not abviously, but from the nmm portal it should know this)
- The naming convention for AVD session hosts should be editable. Meaning you can setup for example AZWE01AVD10XX and not random letters.
- Azure file share autoscale should be available when private endpoints are enabled. Autoscale feature only available with public access to the storage account. (Which every decent secure setup has not)
- Change disk type of the session host should be available from within the Nerdio portal.
- Proximity Placement group selection should be possible instead of creating one with the name of the web-admin portal. As if you deploy session hosts in multiple hostpools / resource groups. Nerdio creates a proximity placement group per resource group in Azure.
And not 1 single proximity Placement Group. Nerdio should provide the option to select a proximity placement group per host pool.
