Endpoint Analytics Scores for Intune Devices
Endpoint analytics enables you to proactively optimize the user experience and track your progress along the way. It’s your main dashboard as an IT administrator to track the quality level of both your Cloud PC, AVD, and physical PC environment. To make endpoint analytics relevant to Nerdio users, the Nerdio Manager portal shows analytics scores for the following:
Host Pool Analytics
Nerdio Manager enables you to view endpoint analytics for your host pools.
To view host pool analytics:
At the Account level, navigate to AVD > Host Pools.
In the Desktop/App Experience column, select the Endpoint Analytics tooltip.
Notes:
The Endpoint Analytics score for a device is a weighted average of the start-up score and the app reliability score.
For pooled desktops, the lowest score is displayed across the devices (session hosts) in the host pool. If all the devices have same score, the score of the oldest device is displayed.
For personal desktops, the score of the specific session host the user is assigned to is displayed.
Intune Device Analytics
Nerdio Manager enables you to view endpoint analytics for your Intune devices.
To view Intune device analytics:
At the Account level, navigate to Intune > Devices.
Locate the device you wish to work with.

Note: It takes about one week of active usage before a score is reported for your device. Until then, the score is shown as N/A (not available).
From the action menu, select Startup performance.
Scroll down to view details such as boot history, sign-in history, apps affecting login times, and OS restart history.
Note: The following factors contribute to a device's startup performance:

Sign-in history: This section displays insights into how long it takes to sign-in after device has booted up. The duration of each phase (responsive desktop phase, group policy phase, desktop phase and first sign-in phase) are displayed under this section.
Apps affecting login times: This section displays the list of applications that slow down your device or affect login times.
OS restart history: This section displays the OS restart history such as date, OS version, and restart category for your device.
